From the first time I spoke with Paul Ewing from Floorcrafters until after the completion of the installation of my rugs every single detail was top notch. Paul was thorough, patient, honest and professional. He came out right away and listened to everything I wanted and explained the entire process to us. I absolutely love my new family room and staircase/hallway carpeting!! The quality of the carpeting and padding are amazing too. I recently installed custom vinyl plank flooring throughout my home. I came across Floor Crafters online and I am extremely happy that I did. Paul came to my home for a free estimate. During this consultation he explained to me flooring options, and even had samples to show me the difference in quality. I loved the fact that I was emailed a written proposal within a days time!!! I was waiting well over a week with other bids for the same job. I was able to purchase the flooring material through Floor Crafters directly. The materials were delivered within the said time, and to my surprise, equal in cost to what the big box stores were providing, but at far better quality.
