I contacted FloorCrafters because of the amazing reviews that I saw online and they did not disappoint. From beginning to end Paul was responsive, professional, trustworthy and helpful. When the original floor I chose was unavailable he worked with me to try and find something comparable that was still in my budget. Since i have not yet moved into the house they performed the entire demolition and clean up while I was not even there. A few days later they came back to lay the floors. He and his crew were on-time (they arrived at the house before I did) and worked meticulously for two days to get my entire house done. Any furniture and appliances that were moved were returned back to position and they left the place spotless. They are truly perfectionists with their craft. The floors look phenomenal. I would highly recommend them.

What I valued was dealing directly from start to finish with the owners, Paul and Kelly. Kelly expertly guided me with my flooring choice and explained the entire estimate and installation process. Paul showed up within days to give me an estimate and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The estimate included a line item detail of the entire cost of the project. Nothing was hidden because they stand behind their work. Another major flooring store in the area provided a lump sum estimate and refused to provide details. They also subbed out their work to outside contractors which explained all the complaints in their reviews. Paul said he would be on the job nearly the entire time.
Paul and his friendly crew, Sebastian and Claude, showed such respect for my home. They protected the floors and the cabinetry from as much spackle dust as they could and cleaned up all throughout the process. They were highly efficient and paid tremendous attention to detail. The job took a total of two days.
Paul informed me that, "Once we do a job for you, you become a part of the FloorCrafters' family. If you have any problems, just give us a call and we'll be there. It's doubtful that that will happen considering the high quality of their workmanship, but it sure is reassuring to know.
